Michelle L. Edstrom
Michelle is an immigration attorney offering 24 years of experience in immigration law, working first with a prominent immigration attorney in Oklahoma City and then beginning her own practice in 2009. In addition to handling all areas of immigration law, she also provides regular consultation on immigration matters to a number of criminal defense and family law attorneys. Michelle has the honor of being admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, Oklahoma Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Michelle currently serves as Advocacy Captain for the State of Oklahoma for the American Immigration Lawyers Association-Texas Chapter and has previously served as AILA ICE Liaison for Oklahoma. She has also served on the National Distance Learning Committee for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, District Leadership Committee for the Mid-America Region of the National Exchange Club, and the Executive Committee for the Oklahoma County Bar Association's Family Law Section.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, the Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association's Family Law and Immigration Law Sections and Young Lawyer's Division, the Oklahoma County Bar Association's Family Law Section, and the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court.
In the Oklahoma City community, she is an active member of the Downtown Exchange Club that focuses on the prevention and awareness of child abuse, where she currently serves as Mid-America District President and has previously served as Club President and Secretary. She is also a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Greater Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma City. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, mountain biking, and spending time with family.
Amber Doom
Amber brings over 8 years of experience in the legal field, including 6 years of experience in Immigration Law. She attended the University of Central of Oklahoma, majoring in business administration, and additionally completed Kaplan Financial Series 7 General Securities and Investment Centers of America Sales Training in Bismark, North Dakota. Amber also has over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including bookkeeping and marketing, and 5 years of experience teaching. Outside of the office, she is active with her church, including 5 mission trips to Mexico and Seattle, Washington, as well as inner city ministries in Oklahoma City. She is also very involved with her local homeschool co-operative and enjoy spending time with her family.
Cathleen Creegan
Cathleen is an immigration attorney with seven years of experience in immigration law. Oklahoma born and bred, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, specializing in Public Relations, and a minor in French. In 2014 she graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2014, with her last year as a visiting student at the University of Houston Law Center. Upon being admitted to the Texas Bar Association in November 2014, she began working with a prominent immigration firm in Houston, Texas, where she focused on employment-based immigration cases. After returning to her home state of Oklahoma, Cathleen began working at Edstrom Law Center as an Associate Attorney, where she is continuing to provide assistance in various areas of immigration law.
