Michelle Edstrom is an immigration attorney offering 20 years of experience in immigration law, working first with a prominent immigration attorney in Oklahoma City and then beginning her own practice in 2009. In addition to handling all areas of immigration law, she also provides regular consultation on immigration matters to a number of criminal defense attorneys. Michelle has the honor of being admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, Oklahoma Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Outside of the office, Michelle has served on the National Distance Learning Committee for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, District Leadership Committee for the Mid-America Region of the National Exchange Club, and the Executive Committee for the Oklahoma County Bar Association's Family Law Section.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, the Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association's Family Law Section and Young Lawyer's Division, the Oklahoma County Bar Association's Family Law Section, and the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court.
In the Oklahoma City community, she is an active member of the Downtown Exchange Club that focuses on the prevention and awareness of child abuse, where she has served as President and Secretary. She is also a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Greater Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma City. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, mountain biking, and spending time with family.
